Neat new venue for bouldering in South Wales. Nice large centre with plenty of parking. Small gearshop and coffee shop. Great bouldering walls and gym area with machines and small selection of weights. Couple of overhanging training boards and if the bouldering doesn't wear you out there are also auto belays with a dozen or so small routes. All in all one of the better walls I've been to.

Visited Flashpoint with my 4 year old today who loves to climb every rock and tree he sees. I knew he’d love Flashpoint but it exceeded my expectations. The kids area is perfect. His confidence climbed almost as quick as he did. Amazing value kids activity. He’s already asking to go back. We will be back.

A wonderful place to climb or catch up with friends. The instructing and desk staff here are the very best around - knowledgeable, friendly, there is a genuine sense of community around this place. Not to mention the airy, open space which makes you feel like you actually want to hang out there even after your arms have turned to jelly. There's a real mix of ages present, from little kids to your septuagenarian crushers too which adds to the atmosphere. It's just nice, and never feels too busy. Parking is easy too.

Signed up for an intro session after receiving a gift card. The staff member who instructed us (sorry, I’m terrible with names) was great. Helped us understand what bouldering is all about and guided us on our first climbs. Didn’t take long before the bug really took hold and we’ve been back a couple times since. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and spacious with tonnes of colour coded routes. Being a newbie I’ve had no trouble finding a nice variety of different styles of climb in the lower grades. The higher grades look really fun too, hope to tackle them when my hands stop being jelly! Every regular we’ve interacted with has been really chill and helpful too, seems like a cool community there. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very beginner friendly. I can’t really talk about the pro experience since it was my first time doing this ever. The staff are very nice and helpful; they have plenty of different courses, activities and types of wall, organised by levels, so you have it easier choosing something adequate for you, and keeping track of your progress. I have never tried it before, but it feels a bit pricey if you don’t go for the membership. If you have a membership though, you can bring a friend to try it out for free their first time.

Such a wonderful climbing gym. Amazing area for little kids which is so fun to get them into climbing. The bouldering is really fun and there is something for everyone from the beginners to the hardest boulder problem in the world!

Always friendly staff, great facilities and the constant resets means it never gets stale! Went climbing for the first time here around 2 months ago and I've been hooked ever since. Friendly atmosphere with everyone here. Fantastic climbing center, and great food/ drinks - billionares shortbread is 10/10!
